WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

We have production facilities in the UK, US, Italy, and Australia. Your order will be manufactured and shipped from the most local facility to you. Due to this, no tariffs, customs, or fees will apply to your order!

1 - Production (1-5 Business Days):

Once you've placed your order, our production team will start printing your item, which takes 1-5 days. (Most orders are shipped within 48 hrs though)

2- Shipping (2-5 days for UK/US orders): 

Once production is complete, your product is packaged securely and shipped. Typically, for UK & US orders, shipping takes 2-5 business days, but we offer faster shipping options at checkout. For all other countries, shipping can take between 7-12 business days.

If you have ordered multiple items, and your order contains Art Print(s), Mug(s) or Apparel, these will be dispatched separately from the rest of your order. No additional shipping fees will apply for this.

Is it MagSafe-compatible?

Yes. It snaps on magnetically and works with all MagSafe-enabled k (12 and up). No glue, no sticky mess.

Will it work with Android phones?

Not with standard Android phones. Our magnetic ring holders are designed specifically for iPhones with MagSafe. However, they can work with selected magnetic cases for Samsung S series models. Please check the detailed Magnetic Fit Guide in the section above to confirm compatibility with your device.

Does it match my Kinder Planet case?

Absolutely. Each one’s designed in our signature prints to match your Kinder Planet case perfectly.

Can I use it as a stand?

Yes. It props your phone up at two angles, so you can scroll, stream, or video call hands-free.

Does it spin?

Sure does. The ring rotates 360° so you can hold it any way you like.

How thick is it?

It’s 4.5 mm thick and 58 mm wide—sleek, but still easy to grip.

Will it block wireless charging?

If removed, no. But we recommend taking it off before placing your phone on a wireless charger.
