To Personalise click on the 'PERSONALISE DESIGN' box. A mock up of the item will pop up. Please type in the name in the personalization box (using up to 12 characters) exactly as you want them to be printed. Make sure 'Name' is no longer on the mock up and that only your personalized options are there. The item will be printed exactly as shown in the mock up.

Once you've placed your order, our production team will start printing your item which takes 1-5 days. (Most orders are shipped within 48 hrs though)
2- Shipping (2-5 Business Days or Faster):
Once production is complete, your product is packaged securely and shipped. Typically, for UK & US orders shipping takes 2-5 business days but we offer faster shipping options at check out.
