Which phones does it work with?
It snaps magnetically onto iPhone 12 and newer, and Android phones with built-in Qi2 magnets, such as the Google Pixel 10 series. Other phones won't stick to it, but you can still charge them with a cable.
Will it work through my case?
Yes with a MagSafe case, like our MagSafe Tough case. A case without magnets won't hold it: add our MagSafe ring upgrade inside the case.
How much charge does it hold?
5,000 mAh. Charging wirelessly, it won't take most phones to 100%: expect up to about 80%, depending on your phone. Lights on the power bank show how much charge it has left.
How do I charge the power bank?
Through its USB-C port. A USB-C to USB-C cable is included.
Can I take it on a plane?
Power banks have to go in your hand luggage, not your checked bag. Check your airline's rules before you fly.
