Frequently asked questions
What paper is it printed on?
Thick, long-lasting, museum-quality matte paper (200 gsm). Colours can look slightly different from one screen to another.
Does it come framed?
Only if you choose a framed print. Our frames are lightweight (1–2 cm thick), with shatterproof plexiglass instead of glass so they travel safely, and come with a hanging kit. The print arrives with the frame but isn't mounted inside it.
How is it packed?
Unframed prints are sent in sturdy board-backed envelopes or postage tubes.
How do I look after it?
Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from damp and direct heat, like radiators. Dust frames with a soft brush, not liquid or cleaning products.
Is there a discount if I buy more than one?
Yes. Buy 3 or more prints or mugs and you get 15% off them at checkout, automatically. Mix and match any designs.
