Design Your Own Case

Yes. The preview is built from photos of the real case for your exact phone, and we print the design exactly as you see it, including where your text sits. Colours can look slightly different from one screen to another.

iPhone: Settings › General › About, and look for Model Name.
Samsung, Google and other Android phones: Settings › About phone.

Each case is made to fit one exact model, so it's worth a quick check before you order.

Snap is a slim, glossy polycarbonate shell. Tough adds a shock-absorbing TPU layer and a raised lip around the camera and screen. MagSafe Tough is a Tough case with built-in magnets for MagSafe chargers, wallets and ring holders. All of them work with wireless charging.

Up to 14 characters: letters, numbers and simple punctuation, such as a name, initials or a short word. Emoji and special symbols can't be printed in our fonts, so the builder leaves them out.

Yes. Pick a style to start from, then choose your colours. Tap Edit on case to move and resize your text, change the font or add more text. Whatever you see in the preview is what we print.

Every case is made to order, and these times include making it:

UK: Standard 4–7 working days, Express 2–5.
EU: Standard 3–10 working days, depending on the country, Express 2–5.
USA: Standard 5–9 working days, Express 4–7.
Canada: Standard 7–12 working days, Express 4–7.
Australia: Standard 8–14 working days, Express 3–6.
Rest of the world: Standard 7–14 working days, Express 4–7.

Yes. Add a second case to your bag, either another personalised case or any of our other phone cases, and one of them will be half price at checkout.

Because your case is made just for you, we can't accept returns for a change of mind or a wrong model choice, so please double-check your phone and spelling before you order. If your case arrives damaged, faulty or different from your design, email help@kinderplanetcompany.com with a photo and we'll put it right.

Email help@kinderplanetcompany.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Once your case has gone into production, we may not be able to change it.
